When Mattress Firm came to Appcast, they were looking for a recruitment solution that could efficiently support their extensive staffing needs across their stores and distribution centers. At the time, they were managing recruitment independently through leading job boards and sourcing solutions.

An enhanced connection with Mattress Firm’s applicant tracking system (ATS) enabled Appcast to drive more jobs to the sites that delivered qualified candidates, maximizing the efficiency of Mattress Firm’s recruitment budget.

  • Strategic Guidance: With the help of their Appcast team, Mattress Firm determined the right amount of applies to get a hire and used that data to reduce apply goals in Appcast’s software.
