The Appcast Brand and Creative team partnered with the client to deliver a well-rounded creative approach that would distinguish them as the choice employer for full-time, part-time, and seasonal roles while staying true to the ‘brag about it’ type of fun their jobs and culture deliver.
Our goal was to successfully build unique and cohesive creative that speaks to the Six Flags brand, while achieving national hiring goals across 22 park locations.
In collaboration with Six Flags, the Appcast Brand and Creative team led a creative and strategic approach that engaged, resonated with their target audience, showcased benefits, and refreshed their look and language.

With the target audience often utilizing mobile in their job search, the social media assets were created to convey attention-grabbing messaging and design to capture this unique job seeker.
