Like other healthcare organizations, Piedmont Healthcare struggled to staff their 1,600 Georgia locations needed to care for 3.7 million patients. Piedmont Healthcare asked Appcast for a quick turn-around on a new, stand-out career site. Following the launch of the new career site, Appcast also needed to deliver multi-channel creative assets to support a relocation campaign promoting life in Georgia and careers at Piedmont.
The goal was to create a Georgia-infused, research-informed identity designed to set Piedmont’s career site apart, along with subsequent creative recruitment marketing deliverables. Working closely with the Piedmont team, Appcast’s strategists, writers, and designers created a flexible messaging system that can be tailored to show Piedmont’s culture and job opportunities to candidates across multiple roles. By showcasing Piedmont’s Georgia locations and mission, the organization was able to increase visibility across future talent pools in the area.

Rotating, animated headlines on the career site differentiate Piedmont Health from its competitors, showcasing the multiple reasons team members join and stay. Best-in-class UX/UI practices and user-friendly design make it fast and easy for job seekers to find the roles, benefits, and other details they’re looking for, and to apply.
Appcast provided a comprehensive digital toolkit to help Piedmont Health stakeholders easily use their employee value proposition (EVP) and creative materials with confidence and consistency. The document covers employer brand tone, messaging architecture for each open role, employment details, FAQs, and more.
Appcast designers and project managers secured photographers, finalized shot lists, and joined Piedmont Healthcare on-location to direct two days of capturing culture and mission through candid team shots. Genuine team member images provided life and authenticity to their career site and creative assets that couldn’t have been achieved through stock photos.
Appcast utilized the same look and feel across digital, print, and out-of-home recruitment media assets.
