Encompass Health turned to Appcast’s Brand and Creative team to reimagine their Employer Brand, ensuring it accurately reflected their identity and the authentic values of the true employee experience – getting to the real reasons why employees work there and, more importantly, why they stay.
Taking these learnings, the Brand and Creative team built unique, distinctive recruitment marketing materials that stand out in the marketplace, showcasing Encompass Health’s true brand. This targeted approach has not only strengthened their Employer Brand but is also attracting more qualified candidates who align with their values and are committed to achieving long-term success within their company.
The Appcast Brand and Creative team took the research and data, compared against Encompass Health competitors, and used best practices for UX/UI to create a brand new career site with a fresh look and feel that stands out in the crowd.
The new career site was designed with the mobile experience at top of mind and includes new, authentic language, a welcoming tone, easy navigation, true employee stories, facts and figures, and the ease of applying at multiple touch points along the jobseeker journey.
With social media being Encompass Health’s primary way of initially reaching their audience, a branding system was developped that established consistency and ease of the apply.
These geofencing ads were designed with best practices in mind to target the correct audience in specific locations, which leads to more applies.
Compelling images and videos showcasing real employees were captured to demonstrate the authentic team atmosphere, working environment, and true day to day at Encompass Health.
Part of building an Employer Brand includes a Playbook showing how the new brand works as one cohesive system. Appcast Brand and Creative showed Encompass Health how to implement this across assets including billboards.
Encompass Health hosts a lot of hiring events, both in-person and virtually, as well as attending career fairs. Digital and print flyers were created highlighting important, high-level information with unique QR codes making the jobseeker experience quick and easy to sign up or apply.
