Our goal was to update the employer value propositions and brand experience post-pandemic to showcase how Conagra has evolved as an employer and company.
Conagra hired Appcast Brand and Creative to research and collect insights into the culture, people, and purpose that make Conagra a great place to work and why. From there, we developed Destination Conagra, an employer brand consistent across departments and communication channels while accurately representing their culture.
