Appcast was thrilled to attend and sponsor TATech’s 2016 Conference and Expo in Las Vegas, NV. Appcast team members Brian Garfield, Tom Chevalier and Leah Daniels headed out to Vegas for a week of all things recruiting.

The annual ReSi’s Awards were a highlight: Appcast won the Innovative Enterprise Solution of the Year Award, and Appcast CEO, Chris Forman, won the Innovator of the Year Award.

Appcast’s programmatic job advertising solution uses innovative rules-based buying to help employers find the right candidates on the right site from a network of 10,000+ job, consumer, and social sites across the web. The tool provides deep insights into job ad performance, allowing recruiters to make real-time decisions about their media spend at the campaign or job level. Best of all, recruiters only pay for applicants received.

Chris Forman, Appcast CEO & Founder, has worked in the recruiting industry for 20 years, developing impactful recruiting tools that have helped hire millions of people around the globe. Before developing Appcast and his previous business, Startwire, Chris was the Chief Executive Office of AIRS and Chief Development Officer of The Right Thing.

This is the first time that Appcast has been nominated for and won a ReSi award.
