Primient, a legacy organization experiencing significant growth, partnered with the Appcast team to modernize their brand and gain alignment with the evolving expectations of both enterprise clients and employees. Following a recent name change and corporate brand refresh, Primient sought to redefine their messaging to inspire customers, attract top talent, and reinforce its position as an industry leader. To address these challenges, our team developed comprehensive employer brand messaging and design that delivered a unified approach to their new direction.

Unity Across Design Systems

The challenge was to craft a seamless connection between Primient’s employer and enterprise brands while ensuring each had a unique voice. Using a shared design foundation and clear messaging strategy, Appcast developed two complementary playbooks: one empowering employees and recruiters to communicate the EVP with confidence, the other guiding enterprise storytelling for partners and consumers. The result? A cohesive brand system that reinforces Primient’s identity at every touchpoint, inside and out.

Employer Brand Playbook

Appcast created a comprehensive digital toolkit empowering Primient employees and recruiters to confidently represent the brand. This resource ensures all communications align with the employer value proposition (EVP) and features messaging strategies and narratives, brand voice, branding principles, design system, and examples to inspire future creative assets. It’s a one-stop solution for consistent, value-driven storytelling. 

Enterprise Brand Playbook

Building on the framework of the Employer Brand Playbook, the Enterprise Brand Playbook guides messaging and design for engaging with partners and consumers. Complete with a messaging strategy and narratives, branding principles, design system, and examples to thoughtfully unify communication to show who Primient is as a company and a partner.

Photo Shoot

Our Brand and Creative team worked closely with Primient to plan and execute an on-location photo shoot, ensuring an authentic visual representation of their people, facilities, and products. From securing photographers to finalizing shot lists, the teams captured high-quality images that bring Primient’s employer and enterprise brand to life. These custom visuals replace stock photography, creating a more cohesive and genuine brand presence across all assets.

Video Shoot

Working closely with our video production partner, Appcast developed a strategic shot list and narrative framework to highlight Primient’s unique position as both an employer and industry leader. Over two days on location, Appcast directed interviews with employees and leadership, capturing compelling stories that showcase the company’s culture and impact. B-roll footage of facilities, teams, and products ensures dynamic, full-picture storytelling that resonates across all video assets.

Primient trusted Appcast not only to build their new employer and enterprise brand but also to help bring it to life across every touchpoint. From strategy to execution, both teams partnered closely to ensure a seamless, engaging rollout – one that employees, partners, and candidates could connect with. Beyond digital display ads, social media, and printed materials, Appcast developed activation tools including branded stickers, keychains, folders, and event booth assets that make a statement. LinkedIn post templates were also created to empower employees to share the new brand with confidence. By aligning every detail with the new identity, Primient introduced their brand boldly and cohesively.
